We’re still looking for a new TV show to watch. We watched a few episodes of Top Gear
today. It’s ok, but it’s definitely not How I Met Your Mother. Now Duke is watching a
basketball game between the USA and the Dominican Republic. It’s not a meaningful
game at all, and it’s really one sided, so it’s not very entertaining at all.

We’ve spent the last few hours planning our weekend trip to Columbus and thinking up
vanity rice email addresses for ourselves.* Duke has a ton of things that he wants us to
do in one day. Apparently we’re going to the zoo and aquarium, playing ultimate Frisbee,
going to a water park, and eating two meals in a six hour time period. I’m not really sure
how that’s going to work out.

We left work at four today, which is pretty much the norm here. As we were leaving the
receptionists asked us if we would be coming in tomorrow. I was sort of dumbstruck by
the question. Apparently some people here just work until Thursday afternoon and decide
that’s enough for the week. We both think that’s completely ridiculous, but we aren’t
going to complain.

Something’s wrong with my phone right now, so it’s looking like I’ll be spending the rest
of the night trying to get that to work properly.** And trying to talk Duke into creating a
few stupid email aliases for himself.

**Because what would I do if I couldn’t access facebook mobile at all times?
